Booking and Confirmation of your Tour
Following your enquiry we send you an email confirming your Tour and dates, or if fully booked suggesting other available dates.
After your confirmed booking please pay the first half of your basic costs (50%) within 10 days.
You receive a confirmation and receipt by email for your deposit.
"Please pay the remaining 50% of the basic cost up to four (4) weeks before the start of your Tour (to be received by us no later than 4 weeks before the Tour).
You will receive a confirmation."
The 'terms and conditions' will be send to you with the booking confirmation.
If you should wish, we send the terms and conditions in advance.
